Lara Hair Studio is not responsible for dissatisfaction due to:

  • Failure to disclose full hair history

  • Improper aftercare or use of non-recommended products

  • Changes in hair condition after leaving the salon

 

By booking an appointment and receiving services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to this Refund Policy and all salon policies.

This policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Refund Policy - the basics

At Lara Hair Studio, we take pride in providing high-quality services and products. Due to the nature of our work, we maintain the following refund policy.

Services

  • All services are non-refundable.

  • Once a service has been completed, no refunds will be issued.

  • Results may vary based on hair history, maintenance, and adherence to aftercare instructions.

 

If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will gladly assess the concern and, if appropriate, offer a complimentary adjustment at our discretion. No adjustments will be made after 48 hours.

Hair Extensions & Products

  • All hair extensions and hair products are final sale.

  • No refunds or exchanges once hair has been installed, customized, cut, colored, or processed.

  • Unused and unopened products may be eligible for exchange only, within 7 days of purchase, with proof of receipt.

 

Deposits & Payments

  • All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Deposits secure your appointment time and are applied toward your service total.

  • Missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows will result in loss of deposit or full service charge, as outlined in our Booking Policy.

 

Chargebacks

  • By booking an appointment, you agree not to dispute or charge back payments for services rendered.

  • Any chargeback disputes may result in permanent refusal of future services.
